Returns and Exchange Policy
1. Please contact us via IG messenger or email to let us know you'd like to exchange and/or return products.
2. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
3. If an exchange is requested, the buyer must include a prepaid postage sachet in the returns, for the new item to be returned back to buyer.
4. Returns must be made 12 days from receiving items
5. Refunds will only be offered for faulty items (See our refund policy)
6. The following items will not be accepted for exchange
- Infant and Kids clothing
- Women's intimates and Bodysuits
7. All items returned must be in original condition, unwashed, unworn and tags still intact
8. Refunds (If faulty) and credit notes will be issued once the product has been received and reviewed.
SALE ITEMS
There will be no returns or exchanges on sale items.
